pixels jpg/gifs under 20kb (for reasonable
loadtime so everyone can get the same exposure). See below for an

After
you join, copy and paste the code onto your web page exactly as
it is presented without modifying. Your banner will be added to
the banner exchange network "after"
you or your webmaster has placed the banner coding onto your webpage.

The
banner exchange is for cat lover sites only.
•
The
banner code can be placed on as many pages as you wish with only
"one" banner code per each page.
•
Members
with a banner code found on auto reload/refresh pages will be banned.
•
If
the banner code is removed from your web page, your account will
be closed and your banner removed from the banner exchange network.
